Whether it is aluminium, cast iron or brass, each order is accompanied by the control plan, prepared by the technical office on the basis of the characteristics of the piece, the type of operation to be carried out and the drawing specifications.
The checks begin on the entrance of the materials, subjected to specific analyses that also continue during the production phases.
The internal laboratories have the most advanced equipment for carrying out tests of various types: inspections using penetrating liquids, magnetoscopic checks, durometry, ultrasound checks, visual inspections through optical fibre, microscopy for photographic documentation, mechanical tests (yield, breakage, elongation, bending ), dimensional checks by scanning and gamma ray radiographic checks.
